As communities begin to feel the impact of Covid-19 (coronavirus), it’s a good time to share what we do here in the call center at Centratel on a daily basis to ensure a clean and safe environment and why it is so important to the businesses that we provide services for.
We know the common cold, influenza and other common contagions are often spread in public areas. We sanitize every part of the office, including our admin offices, break rooms, bathrooms and perhaps most important, operator stations, including keyboards, mice and monitors.. We sanitize high use surfaces such as door handles, rails, counter tops, table tops and chairs multiple times a day. We do this day in and day out to ensure a clean environment and and the safety of our operators every day, not just since the coronavirus has been in the news.
Centratel also has relevant policies, practices and resources in place to reduce the spread of contagions year around. Whether it is cold and flu season or a global virus outbreak we take the proper precautions to ensure our staff stays as healthy as possible so that we are available to handle the call taking needs of our clients. We ensure our employees do not come to work if they are sick and have a paid sick time policy for missed work hours. We provide hand sanitizer throughout the office and well supplied hand washing stations in our bathrooms. We will also ask visibly sick operators to come back when they are better.
The health and safety of our staff is a top priority here at Centratel so that we have the staff available and working to answer our clients calls and we are committed to doing our part to ensure this at all times.
