Note that if you wish to make on-call or personnel changes on your answering service account, it is important that you do NOT use this page. Instead, fax these changes to 800-330-7303 or email our operations department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your message arrives in our offices on a regular business day, between 7:00AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time (that’s between 10:00AM and 8:00PM Eastern Time), we should be able to get back to you within the hour. If your message arrives outside this time frame, we’ll contact you first thing in the morning on the next regular business day. Again, if your matter is urgent, it’s better to call us…we’re always available 24/7/365 for urgent matters.
