In honor of last week’s International Womens Day, Centratel wanted to recognize an exemplary member of our staff.
Angie Hodges, an employee of Centratel for nearly seven years has risen through the ranks from Telephone Service Representative to Executive Assistant. Centratel is not only lucky but excited to announce that Angie has recently been named our Telephone Answering Service Manager.
Looking for a career with a solid company that she could grow with and be a contributing member to, Angie was referred to Centratel by a friend in 2010. Starting as a Telephone Service Representative actually taking calls she quickly became a top performer and earned bonus status. With her strong work ethic and ability to maintain a high level of quality Angie was soon looked at for a Supervisor position. Excelling she continued to advance, becoming the New Accounts Manager then was hand-picked by our CEO, Andi Freeman to become her Executive Assistant. When asked what made Angie stand out Andi commented:
“Angie’s continual dedication to Centratel and our clients has made her invaluable. She also has a natural ability to turn difficult situations and challenges around achieving positive results. She has a great attitude and a way of relating to co-workers and clients alike.”
The different positions have helped Angie truly learn the Answering Service Industry. From taking calls, to working directly with clients, to understanding the technical aspects of the systems used, Angie has achieved a solid knowledge of this business and was the logical choice for the position of TAS Manager earlier this week. Angie is a wonderful example of a woman that has worked her way up the ranks to achieve great success.
Angie says that she feels proud of her accomplishments here at Centratel. This new position will come with great responsibilities and she looks forward to living up to the expectations put on her. She wants to see the business continue to grow and advance while maintaining the high quality level of service that Centratel has become known for. Her motto is “don’t just keep up, stay at the head of the pack” and with that kind of attitude we all think she will do just that. Congratulations Angie!
Note: Just like Angie, you can apply to join the Centratel team as a Telephone Service Representative, and begin your career. Read about our available positions.
