Memo from Sam Carpenter, Centratel President.
As inflation creeps upward, we make periodic cost-of-living adjustments in our service rates.
Adjustments are in exact accordance with the published U.S. Department of Labor CPI inflationary index. This 2.7 % increase reflects the U.S. “all items” inflation rate for the past twelve months. It is effective on this statement.
Note that our Centratel staff (which comprises over 60% of our overall cost of doing business) is receiving this same percentage increase in their compensation.
