Memo from Sam Carpenter, Centratel President.
As inflation creeps upward, we make periodic cost-of-living adjustments in our service rates.
Adjustments are in exact accordance with the published U.S. Department of Labor CPI inflationary index. This 1.0 % increase reflects the U.S. “all items” six-month inflation rate from the first of June 2024 through the end of November 2024 and is effective on this billing statement.
Note that our Centratel staff (that comprises over 60% of our overall cost of doing business), is receiving this same percentage increase in their compensation.
