11/01/2008: Adjustment for 2009
Based upon U.S. Department of Labor cost of living statistics for the past 12 months (through the end of September) there will be a 4.9% cost-of-living rate increase effective December 1, 2008.

For these yearly adjustments, we always use the exact COL figures as provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
