Thank you for choosing Centratel. We’ve been in business now for twenty three years and, with laser-beam focus, our single purpose continues to be to offer you the highest quality telephone answering service available in the United States. I'll take some time here to overview the industry and our company.

All telephone answering services are not the same: Our industry does not provide a static, software-driven commodity product such as cellular, paging or voice mail. Telephone answering service is an intensely people-driven, judgment-call business and the computer/operational systems are profoundly complex. So, it follows that among the approximately 2,000 telephone answering services in the United States, service quality ranges from abysmal to superb.

Centratel is intensely procedure-driven and is fueled by a highly motivated, career-minded staff. We endeavor to remain on the "superb" end of the quality scale (our most recent statistics, from September through October 2007) show one operator-error per 9,200 message transactions. Providing superb quality is my passion, and I hold myself 100% responsible in guiding Centratel to this goal. Know that our Telephone Service Representative (TSR) staff - the people who handle your calls - and our administrative staff, are intensely proud of the work they do and they very much appreciate your patronage. They will continue to share my obsession with quality and I promise they will also give you 110% in 2008.

Thanks again for employing Centratel and happy New Year!
